The sun was trying to break through the clouds today as everyone turned up to play Celtic. I suppose you could say over the years that we have been a bit unlucky in our games against Celtic, always missing one superstar or another, you know what it's like. However, as the saying goes" 1 swallow doesn't make a summer ", and I firmly believe 1 player doesn't make a team.

As a team on Sunday last we were fantastic, from the goal all the way to the front line, with player of the day Frances Flavin brewing up a storm in a full forward position. Everyone committed themselves 100% in the battle for the ball.  It's the kinda game when it goes your way, you deserve a beer after. Makes for a strong League and what promises to be some great games to come. Looking forward to it.

Player of the Day ; Ms Frances Flavin
